Location and Accommodation
- 2 nights Accommodation at the Middleton Beach Huts in, South Australia. Our combined retreat and accommodation venue is nestled in a serene location, surrounded by the natural seaside beauty of Middleton.
- Check-in: 2pm on Friday 2 August. Finish: 3pm on Sunday 4 August.
- All linen provided.
- Note: Travel to and from the retreat location is not included.
Nourishing Food and Drinks
- We believe that food is medicine and an essential part of the healing process. That's why we'll provide you with delicious, healthy meals that are designed to nourish your body, mind and soul.
- Provided by Real Food Life. All meals are inclusive and cater to dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free).
- No alcohol served at the retreat.
