CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

I understand that plans sometimes change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Practitioner Wellbeing Session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• More than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment or request a refund.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee may be retained as a late cancellation fee.

• Non-attendance: If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full session fee may be retained.

If illness, an emergency or other difficult circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible. I understand that unexpected situations occur and will consider these circumstances individually.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered another suitable time or a full refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
