Why meditation?
Being still and being the observer of your mind is how we connect with ourselves and what we need.
Meditation is a practice which we will never perfect, but as cliche, as it sounds - the journey is the destination...
What we discover along the way as we learn to sit in the uncomfortable feelings is that is where the good stuff happens.
Regular meditation improves mood, calms the nervous system, improves sleep, reduces stress and much more.
Important Note***If you have a history of mental health issues, it is wise to chat with your trusted health provider before embarking on a meditation journey. Whilst meditation has amazing benefits, it can bring up uncomfortable feelings that may need to be worked through.
