About the event
Who is the workshop for:
+ If you are currently or have previously experienced depression/sadness
+ You have a loved one who struggles with depression
+ You struggle with change of season (Seasonal Affective Disorder)
+ You want to add tools to your repertoire for moving through difficult feelings
+ You enjoy self-development and want to learn new skills
+ You are in need of an uplifting experience set in nature
What to expect:
+ Allow yourself some stillness to let the feelings move through you
+ Qi Gong
+ Gentle movement through Yin Yoga
+ Guided meditation
+ Uplifting essential oils to use
+ Yoga Nidra
+ Learn about depression and sadness from an energetic perspective
+ A simple printout you can put on your fridge with tips
+ Being able to sit in nature and receive its healing effects
+ Tea and nibbles to enjoy if you would like to join us to close the event

What's so special about this event:
We acknowledge that depression and sadness are normal human emotions. When they hang around for a while and we struggle to shift them, there are useful tools and practices we can employ to start shifting those heavy feelings. Learning to listen to the messages of your body is something we can all learn - we welcome you into this judgement free space to explore what is going on for you.
This event is held in a bell tent on a property in the Adelaide Hills - a unique setting where you can sit in nature and receive the grounding and healing energy.

The setting of this event is on an Adelaide Hills property, with the bell tent set up in a grassed paddock. It is not easily accessed by wheelchair. If you have accessibility concerns, please contact us before booking.
