Do you want to feel more grounded and centred?
Experience simple guided meditations, breathing exercises, Reiki and journal writing to set you off on the right foot for 2021.
Hosted by Kama from Kama Health, she will give you practical and down-to earth guidance throughout the session so you leave feeling calm and empowered.
What to expect:
*Simple guided meditations
*Journalling prompts to set your intentions and goals for your health and well-being in 2021. A journal will be provided.
*Guided breathwork exercise
*Individual Reiki healings throughout the meditations
What to bring:
*Wear comfortable clothing
*BYO yoga mat, blanket and/or cushions if desired. Seating on floor or chairs is available
Kama is a member of HAES - Health At Every Size. This is a weight neutral, size inclusive, non-diet approach to health and well-being.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before 7pm to get settled. The class is located in the Mindful Impact Wellness Hub in Crafers. Situated behind The Weekender Herald building. Entry is off Cox Place.
