All sessions can be conducted online via Zoom, via phone or face to face

Energy & Wellness Support

​

- A brief discussion of your main wellbeing issue

- A combination of Reiki Therapy and Aura Healing for 30-40 minutes including chakra balancing

- Post treatment discussion and any recommendations for your well-being eg. a simple breathing practice, flower essence remedies, herbal tea, energy cleansing practices
