CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact Kama at least 24 hours before scheduled booking time if you need to cancel. If booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time 50% of the consultation fee may be charged.
The clinic only operates 2 days per week at present and every moment is precious!
If there are difficult or unforeseen circumstances, please contact Kama to discuss.
