We will discuss the main areas that you want to see results in, but I will ask various questions about different aspects of your life. Working holistically, we want to get to the underlying reasons for what is going on and remedy these issues. We will come up with a practical and realistic plan that works for you, where you are at in your life.
WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, that also promotes healing. Reiki follows a traditional patterns of various hand positions, resting without putting pressure on or above the body.
Reiki translates to "universal life energy" in Japanese and was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It continues to evolve as a result of dedication, research, and experience.
His methods and traditions were passed through several Reiki grandmasters. Reiki helps the body emotionally and spiritually and it is open to any belief system. Read more HERE

Meditation is a life skill that can truly transform your perspective on yourself and your life. Meditation is a subtle practice that works over time if you give it a chance. Even 5 minutes a day makes a difference, changing brain structure and improving the stress response. Read more HERE
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUE OR ILLNESS TO BENEFIT FROM A HEALTH COACH?
Not at all! I work with clients who have no major issues but simply want to learn how to eat healthier and incorporate more vegetables into their diets. I also work with clients who feel good as is, but want to feel even better!
WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?
At present I have am qualified with:
Bachelor of Complementary Medicine from Endeavour College of Natural Health.
Level 2 Reiki Practitioner
Massage Therapy Cert 4
3rd Year Naturopath student (currently deferred)
I have been employed in the natural health industry for over ten years. I am in my tenth year of working within health food stores which is honestly where I have gained most of my experience with clients - I have supported countless people on their road to health and wellbeing, and would love to help you do the same.
